Nathan bought into Sterling Accountants in 2006 and then co-founded Carbon with Jamie in 2014. Nathan was the foundation to our accounting team in Perth, and leads our accountants in Osborne Park. He finds it extremely rewarding to work with business owners to improve their profitability and watch their companies grow.

As a finance broker, Jacob offers advisory based mortgage and finance strategies tailored to clients' individual goals.

Belinda joined Carbon Finance in 2020 and enjoys the versatility of her days! She finds joy in making dreams come true for families and making the journey for her clients a seamless transition. Belinda loves real-estate and assists with researching and negotiations for clients. Away from the office Belinda enjoys boxing, spending time with her friends & family. Her favourite place to travel to is New York. She is also ambidextrous - google that!

After 20 years of working in a few different industries, Lisa decided it was time for a change. The people skills that she developed over time in her sales and hospitality roles were a perfect fit for the finance industry. Lisa’s qualifications include a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and MFAA Accredited Mortgage Broking Mentor. Lisa’s favourite part of her job is the people, the challenges and helping her clients find solutions.

Before becoming a finance broker, Kate worked as a broadcast journalist but found the role unfulfilling. After moving to the financial services world, she discovered the industry was the perfect fit for her. Kate’s qualifications include a Bachelor degree, Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. For Kate, the thing she loves the most is being able to help her clients get into their first home, or out of financial strain.

When Rachel’s not at work, you can find her at the beach, reading a book or riding motorcycles.

Jamie is a CPA with a swag of university degrees and broad experience across chartered and corporate accounting. He co-founded Carbon with Nathan in 2014 and is the foundation of our bookkeeping team. Aside from Carbon, Jamie spends his time as a board member for multiple tech start-ups and believes in giving back to the community.

Nathan bought into Sterling Accountants in 2006 and then co-founded Carbon with Jamie in 2014. Nathan was the foundation to our accounting team in Perth, and leads our accountants in Osborne Park. He finds it extremely rewarding to work with business owners to improve their profitability and watch their companies grow.

Ray joined Carbon in 2021 after a successful partnership with his financial services firm, Myriad Financial. For Ray, finance has always been a component of his working life. It was a natural progression for Ray to become a finance and mortgage broker as the role utilised all the skills and knowledge that he had accumulated over his career. For Ray, his ‘why’ is all about people. He loves to meet people and help them by finding solutions for their personal and business aspirations.

Hayden joined Carbon in 2018 bringing heaps of experience in accounting and management, working for firms in the UK before returning to Perth. Hayden tried something different (psychology), but the financial services world called him back and he's now very happily here at Carbon. Hayden has travelled the world extensively (you name it, he's probably done it) but has now settled down to the joys of family bliss.
