Fenix joined Carbon in 2019 to launch Carbon Concierge and hasn’t looked back. Before partnering with Carbon, Fenix was working for InstantPA while she studied to be a PE teacher. When the opportunity to buy into InstantPA and partner with Carbon arose, she jumped at it.

Fenix was driven to partner with Carbon because she could see that the division addressed a key gap in the industry. By partnering with multi-service firm Carbon, she would be able to offer more opportunities to her clients and enhance their experience even further.

As someone who is invested in achieving great outcomes for her clients every time, Fenix’s values aligned with Carbon’s so it was an easy choice to make.
