Our proud history

Carbon, Xero’s largest firm in Australia, launched in Bundaberg in 2020 after we partnered with a local accounting firm, Charter Partners.

Charter Partners has been providing local Bundaberg small and medium businesses with specialist accounting advice and guidance since 1932.

In 2020, Charter Partners and Carbon joined forces with the goal of improving our services to local Bundaberg business owners and look forward to what the future holds.

Judy was brought up on a cattle property and now operates a successful building business with her husband, Allan. She is a passionate Queenslander and enjoys golf, reading and rugby league.

In his spare time, Craig enjoys travelling, particularly overseas, but when he’s not travelling, he’s maintaining his 7-acre property.

Away from the office, Penny enjoys photography, gardening, sewing and volunteers for an environmental conservation research project.

She has completed a Bachelor of Financial Planning/Bachelor of Accounting dual degree. There’s nothing Mandy likes better than doing data entry and compiling financial reports. Nothing, that is, apart from a good workout at the gym and plenty of Bundaberg sunshine.

Outside of the office, Tina enjoys yoga, playing the guitar or grabbing a drink with friends. She is also a travel junkie, who is always chasing the next adventure! Her favourite place that she has visited was the Victoria Falls in Zambia.

Previously, he worked for Perth’s largest property investment firms as a broker. Originally from Country Victoria, he moved to Perth in 2013. Ryan takes an advice-based approach to mortgage broking, liaising with the respective experts to ensure his clients’ lending strategy compliments their other investments.
