Business tips from Dale
Don’t be afraid to leave your comfort zone, and always ask for forgiveness rather than permission. It’s better to take control of your business by taking risks, not sitting on the sidelines.
If you can work through your numbers (or hire someone to help you), you can understand the underlying information and discover insights into your business that can lead to bigger profits down the line.
Spend time on the things you do well and outsource the things that take up your time. Even legal teams have legal counsel and tax teams have tax advisors. Hiring externally doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t do it; it just means you are allocating more time for yourself and your team to focus on more proactive areas of your business.
