Carbon and Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions have partnered

Led by founder Debbie Demooy, Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions was launched to provide a solution for small business owners who were seeking trusted advice across all financial aspects of running their business.

Debbie’s passion and goals for the business align closely with the mission and vision of Carbon Group, therefore making the partnership an exciting new venture.

“When I launched Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions 23 years ago, I could only hope that it would grow as it has. I am incredibly proud of what my team and I have achieved, and the way we have been able to help many business owners. When I met the team at Carbon Group, it was immediately clear that we shared the same values for our businesses so the partnership was a natural progression,” said Debbie Demooy, Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions, Founder.

Carbon Group’s Bookkeeping & CFO Services Partners Allison Gardiner and Kate Kapovic will be leading the charge for this partnership and are optimistic about the future.

“We have seen a lot of growth in the Victorian Bookkeeping & CFO Services team over the past 12 months, and this partnership with Rad Bookkeeping & CFO Services is another exciting milestone for Carbon,” said Allison Gardiner, Carbon Bookkeeping & CFO Services Partner.

“We are looking forward to getting to know the Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions clients and seeing how Carbon can continue to provide them with the quality services they have come to know and love. It’s also always exciting to welcome new Carbonites to the team, as well as launch a new office,” said Kate Kapovic, Carbon Bookkeeping & CFO Services Partner.

Based in Somerville, the Rad Bookkeeping & Business Solutions team will remain in the same office, with the same team members, however the business will shortly re-brand to Carbon Mornington Peninsula. This will see seven new Carbonites join Carbon.

This will mark Carbon Group’s fourth office in Victoria, with existing offices in Elsternwick, Mount Waverley and Monash
