Virtual Admin assistant
A business approached us looking for an admin assistant, as with the current climate they did not want to hire an employee directly. We provided an admin assistant for the required hours per week, and the client had the flexibility to increase or decrease the hours on a weekly basis.
Management of investment properties
A current client recently built multiple rental investment properties and we provided solutions to multiple problems. During the construction phase, we were the liaison throughout the process, coordinated the lease and insurance of the properties, made payments to contractors. Once the properties were built, we were the main contact for all queries and reconciliation of the trust ledgers, and we provided support for all the administration, insurance and bookkeeping needs. We also assisted with the authorisation of repairs and maintenance, BAS lodgements at the end of each quarter and we even purchased furniture.
Debtors and collectors
One of our clients were finding it hard to stay on top of their increasing list of outstanding debtors. They didn’t have a need for a full-time employee in the office and decided to contract the hours out. Since they got in touch with us, we contacted suppliers on their behalf to arrange payment plans and have been able to help this client manage their outgoings better, especially during these difficult times. Now they are on a weekly package with no hidden fees and no employee liabilities.
Rental property booking management
A client has a rental property that they rent out on several different holiday rental websites. They were sick of managing all the different platforms and wasting their time replying to email enquiries. We took over the whole booking process from managing booking platforms to invoicing out, paying bills and marketing. We are responsible for managing all the financials for the company whether it is finding the best insurance policy, new internet provider or tradesman onsite for repairs and maintenance.
Comprehensive Xero clean-up (invoices and bills)
A business approached us needing their Xero cleaned up as they had a number of invoices and bills sitting untouched due to recent departure of staff. They didn’t see the need hire another full-time employee, so we stepped in to sort through their invoices and bills without the client hiring an additional staff member. We now look after all things Xero including BAS Lodgements and Tax returns.
