Our proud history

Carbon opened the doors to its Mt Waverley office in 2020 after joining forces with Bosker Accounting and Ross Group, two local Melbourne accounting firms.

Led by Igor Hnatko, Bosker Accounting had been helping grow, sustain and improve their client’s businesses for over 20 years.

Ross Group was a family-owned business led by Ashley Ross that had been providing trusted accounting and financial planning services to small and medium business clients for over 30 years.

When Carbon partnered with Igor, Ashley and the teams at Bosker Accounting and Ross Group, we launched our Mt Waverley office to provide business owners with local experts they could trust.

With more than 10 years’ experience under his belt, Pete is a qualified CPA who enjoys nothing more than helping businesses become more profitable. Except maybe basketball. He once scored 58 points in a playoff game… it may have been under 14’s, and the team may have lost anyway, but we love that he still hangs his hat on it.

When she’s not painstakingly trawling through figures, you’ll find Indi either on the netball court or the tennis court. Or madly cheering her beloved Tigers on at the MCG… but we like her anyway.

The relationships she forged with clients over the years, along with her knowledge of the business, makes her a pivotal part of the team. Basically, she runs the show. She also delights in sharing random trivia… did you know that a Blue Whale tongue weighs more than an elephant?

Outside of the office, she enjoys binge watching dystopian tv-series combined with her love of horror movies. If Frizian Dylane jumps during a horror movie, then you know it will receive her tick of approval!
