Our second office in South Australia, Carbon Barossa is led by Accounting & Tax Partner Anthony Puliatti. The partnership between the two businesses saw a great opportunity to expand capacity and better service local businesses and individuals.

Josh Dearle is a CA who joined Carbon in 2020 with a wealth of experience in helping businesses access the R&D tax incentive. Having worked at EY, Grant Thorton, BDO and Deloitte, Josh worked with a variety of businesses and enjoys forming lasting relationships.

Mark joined Carbon in 2020 to head-up our insurance division. With nearly 30 years experience within the Perth Intermediated Insurance sector, Mark has extensive knowledge of both industry and product disciplines which he passes onto his SME and corporate clients.

Jill Munro joined us in 2022 with over 25 years of experience as a broker. In her spare time, she enjoys wining and dining at a nice restaurant with her friends. When she’s not dining out, you’ll likely find her out on the golf course or enjoying a day at the beach.

Blair joined Carbon in 2022 and launched our Wealth Management division in Brisbane. For Blair, being able to help his clients see their goals come to fruition is the most fulfilling component of what he does. Outside of work, he enjoys running, cycling or playing footy.
Ryan Eastman

Ryan joined Carbon after seven years at Westpac in personal banking, business banking and home finance roles. Previously, he worked for Perth’s largest property investment firms as a broker. Ryan takes an advice-based approach to mortgage broking, liaising with the respective experts to ensure his clients’ lending strategy compliments their other investments.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Cert IV and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, Jacob was previously a finance broker at a large investment firm before joining the team at Carbon Finance. As a finance broker, Jacob offers advisory based mortgage and finance strategies tailored to clients' individual goals.

Matt Gordon, a finance industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, joins our Finance & Lending team as Director in Brisbane. When not working, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, swimming with his kids, playing golf and having BBQs.
Nathan Hood

Nathan bought into Sterling Accountants in 2006 and then co-founded Carbon with Jamie in 2014. Nathan was the foundation to our accounting team in Perth, and leads our accountants in Osborne Park. He finds it extremely rewarding to work with business owners to improve their profitability and watch their companies grow.

Mason Dunn, our CFO, is more than just a financial leader. He is a forward-thinking leader with sharp analytical skills.
