For over 45 years, they have been providing top-quality meat to their customers and are most known for their sausages. They were the first butcher in Western Australia to achieve National Sausage King Hall of Fame in 2010. To secure this coveted mark of distinction, a butcher must win at least three National competitions held annually by the Australian Meat Industry Council. Next door to them is The Panini Bar Gourmet Market, a specialty deli and gourmet food store owned by their daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Colin Turnbull. The Panini Bar Gourmet Market opened in 2019 and offers a range of fresh panini sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, cheese, antipasti and other high-quality products. They also offer catering services for events and functions.

The Journey

When Crimea Quality Meats’ old accountant retired they were left in a difficult position.
