Deb Vawdrey

Deb has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, most of which has been spent running her own business in the bookkeeping space. Based in Warragul, Victoria, Deb joined Carbon as a Bookkeeping & CFO Services Partner in 2021.

Deb is a registered BAS Agent, Xero and MYOB partner and has experience with most of the accounting products used by small business. She even spent a couple of years teaching Cert IV Financial Services (Bookkeeping)!

Prior to that, she spent twelve years in the hospitality industry managing functions. Handling both administration and service in restaurants held her in good stead when dealing with people and learning what was required to run a successful business. Deb’s proudest achievements would have to be her 2 children, now both carving out successful careers of their own.

Deb teaches yoga on a weekly basis, loves experiencing local food and wine with friends and family enjoying the outdoors any way she can in the Gippsland countryside and Peninsula coast as well as discovering new regions in her caravan with partner Andrew and their staffy Louie.
