It’s fair to say that the last few months haven’t been easy for many businesses across Australia (and worldwide!), with our news and social media channels full of gloomy updates on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Small businesses seem to have taken the biggest hit, with many closing their doors either temporarily, or permanently.
In spite of all this negativity, we’re pleased to share our exciting news, that we have a new partner joining our network! Jason Parish, Owner of Parish Business Services has taken the step to merge his accounting firm with Carbon Group, becoming a partner of our advisory division.
Parish Business Services, established in 2013, is a boutique accounting practice located in Fremantle, Western Australia. It provides a wide range of financial accounting and company secretarial services to small to medium enterprises as well as support services for insolvency and forensic appointments. Seeing the growth of Carbon Group over the last few years, Jason wanted to join our network to become part of something bigger. Jason was attracted to the way we do things at Carbon; challenging the stereotypical image of an accountant. He also resonates our passion for technology as he sees the benefit for both accountants and clients.
“Becoming part of Carbon Group means that my clients now have access to a one-stop destination offering a holistic approach to core business solutions, including insurance, financial planning, and finance. It’s great to be able to offer this extended suite of services to my clients, making it easier for them to get on with growing their businesses.” Said Parish.
Jason will be co-locating at Osborne Park in our head office, whilst also keeping presence in Fremantle. Over time, Parish Business Services will be re-branded to Carbon Group.
