Our growth trajectory is showing no sign of slowing down as we welcome the team from Ross Group to the Carbon network!
The difficult time we’ve all faced recently has fuelled our hunger to bring together locally focused firms across the country that support local businesses and give them the best chance of thriving, no matter the challenges thrown at them. Which is the exact reason we’ve joined forces with Ross Group.
Based in Mount Waverley, Victoria, Ross Group is a family owned and run business that has been providing accounting services to small and medium sized businesses in their area for more than 30 years.
Ross Group Managing Directors were attracted to our way of doing things; growth whilst retaining a strong focus on community and supporting local businesses.

We have seen tremendous success in Victoria since our first merger in 2017, when Allison Gardiner joined us to build her firm, BAS Attack, with the additional support of the Carbon network. More recently, Igor Hnatko joined the firm as Principal Partner of the Carbon Victoria offering when Carbon merged with Bosker Accounting in 2019. Igor will now be based in the rebranded Ross Group office in Mount Waverley, alongside the Ross Group team who all remain within the business.
