Case Study

Case Study: DFSM Consulting

DFSM Consulting were already using Xero but were looking for a multi-service firm that offered more than one service. Previously having these services managed by multiple parties, DFSM’s director, Samran Habib, was not impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness or diligence of these companies. He came across Carbon Group when searching for Xero platinum partners.

Problems

  • Lack of confidence with having multiple parties looking after their business service needs.
  • Increasing costs from the previous bookkeeper.
  • Multiple business service providers meant a higher level of admin work.
  • Not using Xero to its full potential.

Solutions

Wanting to continue managing their business in an integrated manner, DFSM later joined Carbon’s Finance & Lending and Insurance Brokers.
