Fantastic news for Carbon, we’ve officially opened our first office in South Australia!
Last week, Gawler-based bookkeeping firm Your PA Business Services merged with Carbon Group, resulting in the launch of Carbon Grawler. This marks our 10th M&A to date and aligns with our goals of growing Australia wide.
Your PA Business Services was established in 2008, with business owner Kelly Bayly taking over ownership in 2012. Kelly will continue to loyally service her Gawler customer base having now joined the Carbon team.
“I’m incredibly excited. Joining the Carbon team will allow me to focus on delivering great service to my clients, while Carbon supports the administrative side of the business.” Kelly said.
Kelly has been working closely with the bookkeeping team from our office in Adelaide but flew over to Perth last week to spend a few days at Carbon HQ in Osborne Park to meet the rest of the team and learn our systems. It was great having her here and we’re looking forward to working together for years to come.

We recently launched our Carbon Partner Empowerment (CPE) model which is attracting entrepreneurs to launch their accounting, bookkeeping or financial planning business under the Carbon brand with our full support, or providing a succession plan for established business owners looking to transition out of the industry. Sharing our platform, procedures and brand presence has really amplified the success of our existing CPEs and we’re looking forward to seeing the same success with future partners.
