1. Log in to your organisation on Xero.

2. Click on your organisation name and go to “Settings”.

3. Select “Users”.

4. Invite Carbon as a user and enter the below details:

Carbon Bookkeeping
Email: bookkeeping@carbongroup.com.au

5. Make sure to have these 4 selected:

Payroll admin
Business and accounting: Adviser
Bank account admin
Manage users

6. To finish, click “send invite”.

Transfer

Here are five simple steps to transfer your Xero subscription to our bookkeeping team in Osborne Park. Once we have access, our bookkeepers will take care of everything.

1. Log in to your organisation on Xero.

2. Click on your organisation name and go to “My Xero”.

3. Select “Transfer”.

4. Invite Carbon as a user and enter the below details:
