Ash spent 6 years honing his skills at an International Accounting and Consulting firm before joining Ross Group in 2004. Established by his father in the 1980’s, Ross Group specialised in working with small and medium-sized business owners to help them grow their revenues, increase their profits and drive their business value.
After becoming Managing Director of Ross Group in 2012, Ash played a key role in delivering the firm’s value proposition and service offering. Genuinely committed to helping clients succeed in business and in life, Ash dedicated himself to educating clients on the importance of creating both a healthy business and a healthy work life balance.
With a generous personality and great sense of humour, Ash is a natural leader and business mentor, and genuinely enjoys creating enduring relationships with his clients. Ash has sat on a number of Boards and is currently Treasurer of the Monash Business Awards.
Early in 2020, Ash began collaborating with Carbon Group after being impressed by their passion and commitment to growing their clients’ businesses and seeing first-hand the exceptional customer experience they provide. He was also excited by the prospect of a partnership that would offer a real benefit to his clients, putting a nationwide network of knowledge and resources at their disposal.
Two motto’s drive Ash’s business philosophies: “It’s not the money that you earn that’s important, it’s what you do with it” and “Treat people how you would like to be treated, and always show respect.” Ash firmly believes that if you follow these two principles, you’re well on your way to success!
