Renae Bunster – Bunsters
Renae Bunster is a former TV journalist who accidentally fell into business. Her love of hot sauce, impish sense of humour and contagious enthusiasm saw her flagship product "Shit the Bed Hot Sauce" become an instant best seller, both here and in the USA.
The huge international demand for Bunsters products has seen this modest kitchen table business develop a thirst for cash bigger than a shearer's need for a VB at the end of a long day. She's been through Crowdfunding, milking her mortgage dry, maxing out credit cards, peer to peer debt, supply chain finance, an Angel Investment round and she's not done yet! Bring your wallet as she's still looking for cash and you could be her next investor!
Lorna Cook - Chemo@home
Lorna Cook is a Registered Nurse with an MBA and has a long history of working in both the public and private sector particularly in the area of cancer care and pharmaceuticals. In 2013, she and her business partner started a niche Health Service company called View Health Pty Ltd which trades more commonly as chemo@home.
The company administers chemotherapy to patients with cancer and many other medical conditions in the patients own home or workplace. Over the past 6 years the company has grown significantly and has won numerous business awards for its innovation and disruption of the health sector. Lorna will be sharing the cash flow struggles that Chemo@Home faced in its early days, and the strategies they developed to survive and grow.
David Robertson – Prospa
David has been immersed in a vast range of Financial Services disciplines across 2 decades within the small business and corporate sector. A strong focus on both facilitation and education being predominant, with a strong credit and lending focus. David is a senior business development manager at Prospa.
His role is to assist Prospa's WA channel partners to identify and grow their cash flow business whilst managing local state aggregator and Industry body relationships.
