WiseClick Win Customer Service Award At The Belmont Business Awards

Congratulations to WiseClick Training on winning the customer service award at the Belmont Business Awards this week. This adds to Carbon Group’s impressive portfolio of awards won this year.

WiseClick Training is the sister company of WiseClick Business Services, who merged with Carbon earlier this year to become Carbon Balcatta. As a registered training organisation, WiseClick offer a range of short courses in Xero and MYOB amongst others.

WiseClick launched in 2005 by Cheryl Knight. Cheryl had a successful career on a prawn trawler, before moving back to Perth and studying to become a bookkeeper. Cheryl soon identified a knowledge gap for business owners and bookkeepers alike, and started to actively campaign for a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping to be introduced into the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system. Cheryl began to run classroom training for the Bookkeeping Institute of Australia (BIAU) in Perth as a contracted trainer, along with short courses for small business owners and accounts staff. During the courses, Cheryl spotted potential new consultants and bookkeepers to hire and grow her bookkeeping business.

WiseClick continue to run courses and assessments designed by Cheryl and her staff to give the most practical and specific training to bookkeepers, accounts staff and business owners alike. During their first 12 months of running as a training centre, they achieved a pass rate double the national average. The WiseClick team are to be praised for this; their dedicated to customer service has ensured a positive team culture within the office.
